Well i have tried to use the support option in the arc explorer but seems it dont work

i need help cuase so far i think i npc a piece of my gear g15 boots, if any here can hlep me to get the suppor to work i will gladly send a ticket

    Try the "submit a ticket" link in my signature. This isn't something anyone on the forums can do anything about.

    nope it stills doesnt work it ask me to log in and then website simply doesnt work at all

    In that case, send an e-mail to customerservice@perfectworld.com for your issue.

    As for getting to the site itself, see if clearing your cookies and cache followed by restarting your browser fixes the issue. If not, you should probably include the issue you're having with it in your e-mail as well.

    All the thought police on here will do is send you to the ticket system and get you sent back here.

    Clear your browsers cookies and try this link https://support.arcgames.com/app/games/list

    It should be more what you are looking for.

    thx to alli will send a email cause all the links seems to just redirect to unavabile pages, i cleaner the cookies and history of my web explorer but seems it still dont work anyways thx for all ur help
