32m plus 150 Supply Tokens missing after dc.

Hello, It has almost been 4 weeks since I have sent in a ticket to PWI Support and in no way did they help me whatsoever but tell me to wait, and nothing has been done. I've been a bit too patient in waiting for some sort of solution to this problem.

Also what I was wondering is how could my Supply Tokens even of disappeared like that with them being non-tradeable? No one knows my account info, no one was on my account during that period of time or I would of knew about it, so what was it? Maybe a i.p. check would be necessary to see whether or not it was SOMEONE or SOMETHING in the game that allowed this to occur. Thanks again.

I don't do drugs of any sort o.o My old photobucket account from like 5-6 years ago. I didn't know how else to link a screenshot besides photobucket Check the date of that picture before assuming "I smoked bad weed" or something of that matter. Come on now...I came here regarding a problem not to be trolled.

And considering I was at work at the time of when this happened, also I live by myself, there's no way I could of logged on and magically vanished away my prepaid card gold I had sold for coins the day before. Was perfectly fine until after I came home from work. My character was in the same spot when I logged (in 1k) but 150 tokens were missing and my coin amount was ZERO. This is why pwi will never be taken seriously as a good MMO is because its support system is god awful and contains trolls very similar to people just like yourself. I wasted my own money on a game only to have something happen to my account the day after...my $10 out of the $3000 I have spent (been playing since 2010), literally went no where. That is why I am outraged over this. Got free money out of me technically speaking.

As well what is quite funny is that I'm a pretty good PWI user, looking at my ticket history I've never had a problem, had a ban, or sent in a ticket. Nothing. Only a couple informing the support team of credit card fake Zen scammers. The one time something actually happens its a joke to everyone and apparently I am on drugs because of a picture I posted on my ooollddd photobooth account almost 6 years ago when I was a teenager, come on now (:

This is still not an issue that can be dealt with here. Update your ticket or, if it was closed, submit a new one.

In essence, just keep trying to get in touch with them about it.
