Hello,

i Dont know if its just with me or more got the problem that the Support aint really helping with any Scammed / **** issue or any onther issue. Been sending tickets like 5 months or more for my issue and all i get back in every reply of the Support is "Tips" how to make your account secure... They arnt really answering your questions either. At some point its going to start to get annoying that the support team cant answer you as an grown man or women.

As i know from friends there are many players that quited because of this.


Anyways i think it would be nice to have any "Live Support Chat" to help the Support team to fix some issues faster as they are getting now. You could have a real talk like this with the Support team instead of getting any reply from the Support Team after days and at the end it leads you to nowhere.
