At what level could a pure tiger build tanker barb solo fb19?

    40ish uncharmed with a zeal was the rule of thumb for non-venos in the old days. Now with better gear and free charms you might be able to shave a couple more levels off.

    If you have dreamchaser gear, a Zeal to pull with, and are using the free handouts they give at lower levels well, you can do it as early as level 24 for those of us who are skilled.

    For a more average player with, it would be around level 36 as long as they kept up-to-date on their gear (assuming they aren't using Dreamchaser gear).

    For a new or unskilled player, it would be around level 40 which is also when they start having to run 29s daily for BHs.
