PWI without Arc?

Since the server DC over a week ago, myself and many others are consistently disconnecting from the game and every now and again Arc will just shut itself down.

Is there a way I can bypass Arc to play PWI without having the constant DC?

I reinstalled Arc yesterday and re downloaded PWI but seems the problem still remains with the server going to 3000 ping and dcing me and others on my FL and in fac.

I assume this is PWI having a problem?

Just to say before sylen links his pages and QQs, his steps dont work as it still launches arc when I load the client.
