It's kind of like going to a casino with a set amount that you're going to spend. You're gambling that money with the knowledge that you're probably going to lose it, and you're using it to pay for having fun. Winning is just a bonus.

I know it probably have nothing to do with it, but often people opening thousand of packs EXPECT to get something and are unhappy cause they don't while people that don't give a **** and open 30 for fun from time to time get something that worth it. XD

The best thing I've ever gotten is tokens of best luck and one plat hp charm. But the gamble is fun, in a healthy amount.

Bella pretty much said it.

But when I open packs, it's usually because I need tokens, and need some fun.
Always expect tokens, so you're only let down when you get something else. and in your case you'll always be lucky because you always get your luck tokens!!

That's how I do it, too. My 500 wasn't consecutive, but I kept a count out of curiosity after I had passed 100 lol. I tended to buy 30 or so at a time (back when gold was far cheaper and packs were on better sales), and then sometimes a few just when I needed tokens or wine. One time I did buy around 100 but it was right after a friend got a bunch of items from some new pack and it made me feel lucky... which I was not. xD

With gold the way it is now though, I don't bother. It's probably been at least a year since I opened a pack.

I'll buy 1 pack that is on sale from one of the catshops every now and again. I've gotten DoTs, Vit Stones, Mounts, and Fashion this way, and I don't feel abused by the system if all I get is tokens. After all, 1 trial is statistically irrelevant.
