Heart of the jungle Question S1 to S2

I have a Heart of the jungle:Void that cant be traded or account stashed, but I keep hearing from people that if you upgrade it to S2 (Heart of the jungle:Sky) that you can then trade it to another account and account stash it. I am wondering if anyone can confirm this for me. I rather just make it another on my other account if I wont be able to trade it to my other account once its gone S2.

    Yeah. The lower grade one is the only one that can't be freely traded.
