ARC is no longer supported in my Laptop!?!?

A few days ago ARC flat out stopped working, so now I just uninstalled it and went to the site to redownload it....now it says "ARC is not supported on your device". It's a W8 Laptop that installed ARC before just fine! Now I cannot redeem any codes for blessing or download any PW games!

I swear PWI needs to go back to their old format! ARC is just a mess.

EDIT: Got it working finally but I still despise it.
