Level awards

Hello guys i don't know if i'm in the right thread,tell me if i am.I have a problem with that level awards,that you can get in that little tresure box,Im lvl 73 atm. and before lvl 73 there were a LOT of rewards which i didn't get.I read on a topic that ppl. dont get rewards if they are registred before some date i registred in 2013 and quited playing then i continued playing,back again...And i really want those rewards becouse they are usefull for my level,I've seen there 30 teleacoustics,and in my whole playing i haven't got 5 teleacoustic...There are also tons of stuff there that i wolud like to get..

Unfortunately, once you pass a certain threshold, the lower level items become unavailable for you to claim.

Even worse, since most, if not all, of those rewards can't be account stashed, you wind up with no way to actually get them either. That's just how it was designed, I'm afraid.

As for where this goes, normally this would be the sort of thing you'd either submit a ticket about (though at the moment, the ticket staff is not very reliable) or post in the Beginner's Guide section. At least, for this specific problem.

When i first logged my old char that I hadn't played in 2 years I was only able to get some of the awards. Don't remember to how many levels below me though. I was 86 and don't think I got the lvl 70 fash. So I guess the cutoff is at most 15 lvls.

I submitted a ticket about these rewards, and they responded telling me to add this to the quality corner or something. I don't find it fair, that new players get Geographer's maps and existing players were screwed out of that. Other things I don't care much about, but its so much time flying around getting those points, or spending 5 gold on a map others got free. Don't see this to be fair....

Old players had the supply stash. Same concept, although the rewards were slightly different. I think of it as an incentive to get new players and more new characters that they put in because the game was losing players. Yeah, it may not seem fair, but I think of it as similar to missing a time-limited sale or event because you were there at the wrong time. Many companies do this, rewards for new customers that old ones don't get, just look at phone companies.

Also, it really annoys me that the map is in there. I actually greatly enjoyed discovering new places and putting them on my map.
