Bramble Trouble? Glitch?

Moving on, I've noticed lately (throughout the week, since maybe before the latest patch, not too sure) I've been having a hard time brambling people. Once in squad, I'm able to bramble like normal, however when not in group, even though with someone locked the bramble is cast onto me. No - the people I bramble are not white-red PKers, I'm aware of that. I've not messed with any settings, touched files etc. This may have occured last NW weekend when I tried brambling others and I've never had an issue before. So is this a bug? OR am I the only one going through this possible glitch. Do I send a ticket? Any advice will help. Ty.

    O.O never messed with settings until you mentioned this; apparently only those in my order could get brambled and took that off ~ it worked. TY
