Fastest Boots?

Ok I just want to ask if anyone knows what the fastest arcane footwear is and where I can find it. I know this one mystic with boots that give him like +1.5 or 2.0 speed are their any other boots near this speed? Ok that is all ty! b:cute

    Normally I'd say anything with 3x movement speed +0.02 additions but... I'm not really aware of a permanent pair of boots with that kind of add-on for arcance classes, so clearly I'm wrong on the matter.

    Do you have a screenshot or know the name of the shoes, by chance?

    Same speed as rrr9 boots. I haven't seen any boots that are faster.

    At first http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/20352 came to mind for being possible with luck on the addons.

    And while http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/items/25329 is faster... it's also temporary and not the 1.5/2 speed OP mentions.

    So... yeah. I'm clueless too. XD

    If you're referring to those, which have a speed of 1.2, they are no longer available as the quest line to do it is no longer able to be completed.

    Ohhhh. Yeah 1.2 speed. No wonder I was thrown off.

    The slower classes really would need a faster way to move (while not considering that genie skill here)

    It's technically possible to craft Unchained Sorrow (OHT arcane boots) with +.6 meters/second, but it's a nearly 1 in a million chance.
