Important .ini Question!

For many years there have been options while editing your character, whether it be a new character or simply using a makeover scroll, that allow you to change just one eye or just change one side of your mouth.

Only problem is that it's locked and says it requires an Advanced Makeover Scroll, which to my knowledge is not available in our version of the game (Not sure if it's even in the PWCN version either).

I am currently editing a new character via the .ini files and I discovered something cool, but I'm not sure if it's legal or not:

scaleEyeH = 132
scaleEyeV = 136
rotateEye = 123
offsetEyeH = 101
offsetEyeV = 112
offseteyeZ = 128
scaleEyeBall = 0 <
Notice this number

and

scaleEyeH2 = 132
scaleEyeV2 = 136
rotateEye2 = 123
offsetEyeH2 = 101
offsetEyeV2 = 112
offseteyeZ2 = 128
scaleEyeBall2 = 128 <
and this number

Both of which are under the [eye] section.

*Please refer to notes about above numbers*
As you can see, within the .ini file I am able to edit these without the Advanced Makeover Scroll. Surprisingly it actually works! I have one eye that is the smallest size setting and one eye that is a regular sized setting.

Here is a picture of my character in-game for proof:

I am not sure if this works for the mouth or not (I haven't tried yet).
(Edit: It works for the Mouth too! http://puu.sh/9Lyv9/0fa22e399b.jpg)

What I'd like to know is since this requires an Advanced Makeover Scroll to do this legitimately, which to my knowledge doesn't exist for us, is this Legal? If I decide to edit these settings which are LOCKED in the in-game editing screens, but possible through the out of game editing methods, am I at risk of being banned?

    And please don't repost the same topic in multiple sections like this.
