    Ok, let's pretend for a moment here.
    Imagine if a faction decided to participate in Tw and take over a place. They win and manage to claim the place. Then lets say they wanted to be butts about it and roam the area claiming it's theirs and pking anyone that walks/rides/flies through.
    (Implying that they are proficient at romping around murdering people so nobody can enjoy the area.)
    what do you think would happen?

      It is theirs though.. your'e kind of trespassing. In Texas I can shoot you if you're on my land. They're just exercising their rights dude. If you don't wanna get a bullet in the chest, get off their property.
