Unable to log into west

able to log in and have a ping on east cost and europe server but not on west coast server...Anyone have a clue whyb:angryb:angryb:cry

first 2 are east and eruope servers with pings the last one is west coast and no ping i was able to log on for a split second and got logged off and no ping...I am able to play my other games and no problems just cant with west coast
