I thought this was just my luck or my net being buggy --

but both times when I open the Lucid reward, my game completely crashes.

I just thought 'ok, fluke' but just now I open the Gold pack and game crashes again. So I was wondering if this was happening to others or maybe it is just me. :/

    Hiya to you,

That's strange, I never had such a trouble... If it happened to me, I would be pretty miffed too.

Well, I hope you find a solution to that. At worst, send a ticket.

    - Fix the damn bugs, dammit! I'm so angry! I'll quit!!
    - New codes out there? I like free stuff~ *wink*
    - When will we get new content? QQ
    - Will we get sales? I got a ton of gold to spend.
    - I'm bored, I'll create a useless thread to annoy Opkorock.

I had the same problem, only with catshops. I opened one to check what it sold, and the client crashed on me.

Verifying the files solved the problem.

    This right here.

It's a sign that part of your game client files are corrupted. Either because they got corrupted on download, you didn't exclude the directory from security software, or even something as simple as bad sectors on a hard drive.

Ensure that your entire client folder is excluded from all AV scans, and that your patcher and client exe files are allowed through the firewall, then run "Verify Files" three times. (Once hardly ever repairs it all, and sometimes the second pass will even miss things.) Then reboot your PC, wait for it to fully load, and enjoy.

Also, there's a Technical Support forum for threads like this.
