Problem with Client

Hey ..
anyone can help me ...
Iam on windows 8.1 and iam always can open 2-4 Clients but after last update microsoft i can open one only with fps 132 min and max in good places 207 but iam installed game like pwi cant open name Iam created 3 accounets and working correct i need help what happen here and how to reslove it b:angryb:surrender

    You're talking about having more than 2 accounts and how you run more than 2 clients when both aren't allowed and you're on the game's official forums?
