So, people on our server have probably seen DreamChazer saying I can't kill him, he can beat me, that I am a fail BM, and refusing to ever 1v1 me because I'm "not worth his time".

Is it due to chi building problems?

Regularly for months.
If it would please the masses i could post plenty of SS here but truth be told, all you would have to do is ask him yourself about whether or not he can beat me.
Afterward, ask him if he'll 1v1 me to prove it.

Finally, ask him about this video. He claims i edited it frame by frame to make it look like i don't have defense charms, claims i edited off a wood buff he claims i had at the end of the video, and claims he was still purged when he died and that i magic'd buffs onto him.
