having trouble with new interface

i cannot control my characters view arrows no longer controlling how I change what direction I am looking at on screen wondering if this has changed in game or its just my laptop

    You probably had a custom interface. The default for changing where you're looking is right click-drag.

    It's also possible you accidentally changed the key settings. Pressing K in-game will bring up the menu for this. Click the button to restore defaults.

    If nothing else works, you can verify your files a few times and reboot.
