Ummmm Arc pwi download becoming 0.0 kbps ??

I was redownloading pwi through arc and it randomly stops or the speed becomes 0.0 kbps amd after a couple of minutes it goes back to 600 kbps or happens again and comes back to 300 kbps e.e i'm so pissed off that I missed nw today and will have to miss tigers tomorrow since this download is so crazy slow amd inconsistent. How do i fix it??? I appreciate any help thankiesb:victory

    Probably a firewall issue. Might be security software. Going to need more info though. Read my Sticky thread.
