Can't get Supply Stash Chest

I have played on here a few times now with different players but have never recieved my Supply Chest that your Home World Guide supplies to you at the start? WHY????

    Supply Stash has been gone for a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time.

    And there are a new set of low level helping items in place of that. Click the glowy chest at the top of your screen to see what's available.
