PWI won't allow me play on my main

Everytime I log on my main char. I get this message

and shuts down, it only dose this to my main char. not others on the account. Please help.

    Thank you, I found out how to fix it by pressing "W" and keep re logging until it stop showing that message.

    Your toon was probably in a bad spot that caused crashes. It has happened to me in the past.

    I was told to reduce graphics to minimum/low before attempting to log in again and it worked every time.
