Starting a New Faction

I am wanting to start a faction, but I want to recruit some higher level active players who will be willing to help out other lower level players. I am just a level 49 and there aren't many places I can go and solo, to help out the others. I am on the Dreamweaver server. My offer to you, if you should be willing to sign on, is I will make the first 2 the Marshal and Executor, in the order that you sign on. The one that is the most helpful will be promoted to Director. I need ppl that is very knowledgeable of the game, since this is my first time playing and I've only been on for a month.
I know you're wondering why I'm creating a faction of my own when I know nothing about the game. I've tried a couple of factions on here and although I was told how helpful they were, when you get in, no one has time. I don't play that game. If you need help that's why I'm here. If you feel the same as I do, please leave a post and I will look for you in the game. Thanks for all the help.
