It seems Sanctuary's main map crashed. What should we do now?

    Complain on the forums, of course!

    Wait until it gets back up, which could be a while.

    Yup, those trying to log on get "Could not log in to server" and many can't get out of instances etc.

    Just as I was about to do dailies.

    I think the game knows I should be studying instead and kindly crashed the map so I could not get distracted by the game. *hides*

    They say it's main map crash and we need to contact a GM, but how to do it?

    I log into pwi, I get to the character selection screen. And as soon as I try to log on a character, I get booted with the "Could not log into server" error message.


    I demand 10 cheeseburgers as compensation. And I was about to charge zen this morning too. b:cry

    As the main map crashed and we cant play right WE DESERVE COMPENSATION !!! 500 EVENT GOLD FOR EACH PLAYER SO U PWI NEXT TIME FIX UR GAME AND LET US PLAY !!!

    I regret to inform you, 500 gold is not enough to compensate me. I want 500 in game gold. All these lost merchanting+farming hours = game gold. DQ gold = 1/3~1/5 value of game gold.

    I just came back and was about to cuss out my isp, decided to check out the forums. Now i can tell my isp they broke the main map because roxxi was going to do daily, and they didn't want me to help her, so i go make the buffet dinner for the street now b:bye.

    To OP: Change the title of the thread to Sanctuary Main Map Crash, so people know which servers. Maybe people who are suppose to fix things, just read the topic name and move on.

    It's 5am at PWE. It's going to be a few hours before anyone is up to look.

    On a side note, they don't owe you anything. You should probably try to read the ToS. They can basically shut down the servers completely, without warning, and don't owe you a cent.

    Well, I don't know what happened but I blame everyone but myself, seeing how I was in the bed sleeping at the time of the crash. b:chuckle

    The time that person's talking about was a network issue that affected all the east coast stuff and not the servers crashing.

    well last time they were giving +10 orbs i didn;'t manage to get one so can we get one now ?

    the one time ive been referring to, mainmap crashed in a way that wouldnt let u port out of any instances once uve entered
    and as far as i remember its been a sanctuary-only-issue
