Trouble triggering Title Quests?

I'm working on attaining a certain Advanced Title, which means I need to do multiple seals, but not necessarily start at the beginning (meaning I skipped Etherblade and Arch and such). However its come to the point that I'm now stumped on both chains that I am working on due to various difficulties....

1. I've begun the Tai Chi Shore seal quest chain and have received the 'The Past is Bitter' Title, as well as triggering the quest at the top of the Veiled Tower, and flown/walked around the top of Volcanic Purgatory, but haven't received 'Veil Raider.' Since this isn't a title I need, I tried to skip forward in the quest chain to the next one, but that hasn't worked either. Is there a trick here that I am missing? Do I need to complete certain chains prior to this one?

2. During the Misfortune quest chain, I am unable to get the 'Nocturnal,' title, as the NPCs aren't appearing at the times and places specified in the guide I have been following (this one). It say that the NPCs appear between 13:00-23:00, but right now it is 13:58, and they are nowhere to be seen. Are these times correct?

I would follow the titles in right order for every seal, as a lot of the titles require you do the titles in order to trigger some title quests. This doesnt apply to all quest, but for no confusing, I personally did every title quest more or less in the right order.

Are you sure you are aware of the servertime?

Yes, my server is based on the west coast of America and at that time it was 1:58 pm on the west coast. Not sure what time the forum servers are on, but they aren't necessarily on the same time as all of the game servers. Regardless, I will check the area another time to see if I can find the NPCs.

And yes, for the titles I've worked on I have followed them in order in regards to each seal. I wasn't sure if I had to do a specific entire seal chain before others, but honestly if I have to I guess I will.

I had some trouble triggering Veil Raider also. I think it finally triggered when I gave up and was leaving. I think I was flying above the seal. I know the coordinates on the quest guide are not quite right.

Just try flying around in the general area, hope that helps.

I have only done a few titles so far, but have found that often getting them to trigger is a bit wonky. Some times I have to leave the trigger spot and return several times before the thing gets triggered.

My best guess is that the title triggers have a low priority on the servers and don't always fire when the servers are busy until after several tries.

As for your other question, I don't think we know definitively if doing them in order is required.
