    Ugh..is that the officer to craft R8r stuff from Nirvana stuff? If that's the NPC you're looking for, he's in Cromagnon Village. I don't remember the exact coordinates and I can't log on right now but he's inside the village so it's hard to miss him.

    He is in back when you teleport to the village there shud be two NPCs like when hidden den was implemented
