Seal of Plain of Farewells title quest broken

Just tried this and still cant complete part iii of the Seal of Plain of Farewells chain. This was broken after maintenance a couple weeks ago. The quest item "cursed boblin" is not there to dig to complete the quest.

Please fix this, we wants to finish our title quests!

    To my knowledge

    1. Bobin
    2. Strange Leaf
    3. Trapeze (Suspension)

    are not working
