    It's to appeal to all the European players on east/west coast servers that complain about the horrible times. Now that it's 9 AM server time, only the people with no life that are in the actual time zone the server was intended for and people halfway across the world will be able to reasonably participate!

    This has always been a possible timeslot. It was just never seen unless like all the lands were bid on.

    Yep. On Morai server you have almost all lands which are under attack, so this is the reason. You won't see that anymore in two weeks.
