Trouble updating ARC.

K, hope i'm doing this in the right place now. I have been trying to update ARC all week... but, it won't let me. Says "client running" but, also says "unable to proceed update." I have rebooted several times as suggested... but, it still won't update. So, now what? I'd really like to play. :(

    I'd love to help, but I can't see anything in that screenshot. The size got compressed and made it illegible.
