Endless Breeze lvl 8

On Harshlands server, a cleric reports she has lvl 8 Endless Breeze. I am unable to learn lvl 7. Presumably, a bug.

    Most likely though, that cleric looks at the mirror or couldron or whatever where it sais "lvl 8" as being the next skill to learn and for some reason thinks that represents the skill level they have.

    You should be able to learn level 7 when your mirage sky level is sufficient.
    Everything i write is from PvE perspective unless mentioned otherwise.

    You cannot get level 8 of the passives right now period. The recent update in China is just letting people upgrade theirs and we don't have that yet.

    Whoever claimed to have level 8 is either lying to you or confused.

    i have seen these SS sent to me by this cleric..(they on my fb page now) she sent them to me last night

    she does not speak the best english but she has no real reason to lie about this from what i can see

    it does show her having both endless breeze and absolut virtue lvl 8..not at the forge page

    but on her skils page..on multiple SS`s

    Now i do not know if she actually got the +8% ele and phy resist increases or the extra attack damage

    but it does show them both to be lvl8


    not contradicting anyone though..just putting it out there

    If she actually has it and you have screenshots, please provide them. Her having them would be a glitch and something that may need to be addressed.

    Okies i will ask her to submit the originals the first time i see her.


    Think it maybe a glitch or something

    i asked her if she noticed and increase in ele/phy resist or attack % incresase..for that she said "a little"

    After reviewing the SS agian..i can see they are all 3 from the forge in primal world..
    Need to get my eyes checked,


    All 3 show 8..which means she has both skills at lvl7

    More than likely this is just as OP said a case of confusion..i will still pm her next time i see her and ..if she does have it on her skills page..have her SS it and report it

    Should have known when i asked about the Passive increases..i mean 8% ele and phys resist alone should be quit noticable
