How do i sent PMs ?

Trying to send a PM to one of our lovely mods.

Klicking someones name has unfortunately never lead to a send message link on these forums.
So i go to select messages and click new.
I enter the name. I hit enter. Enter doesnt do anything.
I click in the box for message body, the name dissapears.

b:surrender
Everything i write is from PvE perspective unless mentioned otherwise.

    It only works for me when the name comes up in a list as I type it in, and I can select the proper name from the list that appears. Just typing it in has never worked for me either.

    Some mods have links to PM them in their signatures. If you click the link it takes you to a new message with their name already filled in.

    Thanx, there was indeed a link in the subscript :)

    Maybe it would be a suggestion to fix this part of (dis)functionality in the forums ?
    Cant be that hard really since internet has known properly working forums for about 2 decades now....

    You can click "Private Messages:" at the topright and from there send new pm's.
    "Perfect World International Forum > General Discussion > How do i sent PMs ?", more to the right it has Welcome and below that Private Messages

    You, like Zanryu, seem to think everyone thinks like you think yourself.

    It may be hard to understand if you dont have it in you yourself, but not everyone does things only for their own profit.
