Quick question: Where can you get a timed Queen's Tiara?

I've seen several people with a timed version of this thing and no one has messaged me where to get it. Is it through event gold? zen charge? I read ZC but that was an old post so I'm not quite sure. Can someone please tell me! b:surrender

    There is an ARC code that gives a VIP Platinum Crown which is timed. I got it on my toon (male) so maybe it gives female toons a tiara??
