Unable to redeem Monthly Attendance Reward

For 2 months in a row now I've been unable to redeem my Monthly Attendance Rewards. When I click the Reward-button simply nothing happens. The button is highlighted as usual when you've had enough check-in's the month before and at the moment I have 7 open inventory slots (which should be enough for the Reward.)

Don't know if more people have experienced this or not but I'm not sitting around for a 3rd month to find out :P

    Did you get your reward from February? As far as it goes getting the reward itself for monthly check-in requires all days to be checked-in. I know I had to wait for my safety lock to run out before I could pick my rewards for the previous months.

    What Medaka said, because, according to your screenshot, you're not supposed to receive any reward for March or April.

    You can't redeem reward if you missed at least 1 day.

    The button for Reward is about February Rewards but I haven't been able to redeem it (aka since 2 months unable to redeem). The safety lock is off if that helps anything. So question is how do I redeem anything now if it's stuck in February Rewards? ._.

    The forum is not allowing me to post a screenshot but it would show that I am due a reward for every one of the months so far this year, except March. The reward button does not even highlight. Tech support sent me the rewards for last month after I posted a ticket (and sent them a screenshot, why not here I'm uncertain), but did not fix the root cause. Just submitted another ticket, (and screenshot) but I'm figuring that they will just send another rewards package without fixing it again. Is there something that I, and they are missing.

    Is your safety lock on? Safety lock has to be off before you can redeem.

    I am having the same problem. My safety lock isn't on, and it's not even letting me check the past month's attendance like usual. I don't know what it could be

    Ya Im having the Same Issue On My Character PVpanther on the Archasaur Server. Says i missed 3 or Less days with an Exclamation mark on it. Happened to me back in November also. But i just found out about how to voice my concern.

    how did u take a screen shot of the attendance reward part? when i do screen shot it only shows toons and npcs. non of the user interface stuff.

    Not only is it not allowing me to claim August Reward, now it has happened with September. both show exclamation marks and say I have missed three or less days, but the reward button isn't highlighting for me to claim the reward.
