this is strange, anyone else have this happen to them?

my archer has a piece of yellow gear from instance boss (duke bow). i ran the durability out of it while it was macroing, i repaired it at an npc and it is still unusable red. i went to arch elder to repair shattered gear, it didn't like my mirages. in the materials required box before i bought mirages it said 2/0 but didnt tell me what. i'm gonna try perfect stones then come back here and see what replies i've gotten.

    i hadn't noticed i ran out of arrows

    Do you have arrows equipped?

    For archers weapon usability takes into account both the weapon's durability and the ammunition you have left.
