No characters on starting window

I log in PWI and there are no characters on the starting window, tried 3 different accounts but it's always the same. Anyone else got this problem or know how could I fix it?

    Have you checked to see if you were on the correct server?

    If you're 100% sure you are logged into the correct server, check all the others anyway.

    If you don't find them at that point, submit a ticket.

    I was having the same issue yesterday and had to go all the way out of the game including arc. Once I did that the problem resolved itself and the issue stopped.
