Loading Up PWI Without Arc

Ok Guys,i'm Trying to get into pwi without using arc due to me not having admin privileges,i was playing it be4 perfectly fine and now i can get in becuz i need admin power to load up arc and stuff can anyone help me out on how i can load up pwi w/o arc popping up preventing me getting in? if u can help thanks :) this arc bull**** needs to go its annoying

    plus you need admin to run the patcher in the past and still do.
