cannot login on pwi

ok so i enter game i try to log on my server ( dreamwaver) i get network error like wth wont let me go in and i know for sure is not my net or my pc so please fix this bug

    I'm trying to get on the East Coast Raging ride server, and it won;t let me and give me the network errror message.

    I can't log on either. Been waiting all week to play and I come back to this. Had to start another toon on Sanctuary server, but I want to play my lvl 90 characters. *sigh* Why can't I log on?b:cry

    I got the same problem :( can't login Raging Tides where i have all my chars :'(

    Ok, so ARC knows there's an internal issue (Server Network Error). So how long do we have to wait till this issue and many other issues get resolved. I understand this is a free game and all, but there are many of us who spend good money on this game who want access to our accounts without our characters not being there or items missing from our inventory for days to weeks at a time.

    Since PWI switched over to ARC the issues have expanded expenentually. If an external company is going to host multiple clients they should have there **** together and have the capability to keep up with these issues. in other words, (IF YOUR UPDATES ARE GOING TO BE THE ROUT OF A PROBLEM YOU SHOULD RECONSIDER AND REVAMP THE UPDATE BEFORE RAISING HELL WITH ALL YOUR USERS). I've been with PWI since nearly the begenning, and it's never been this bad. I see games come and go, and usually the go due to poor management of the servers and constant down time and log issues.

    In short, (FIX THE PROBLEMS BEFORE YOU START LOSING PLAYERS)!!!
