Unnable to start the game with console:1 command line

I don't know if this is by design, but since this update I have not been able to start the game with console mode.

I myself use the console mode to "d_rendernofocus 1" so I can browse other stuff while keeping an eye on game's chat.

I know we can start menu -> taskbar to have the game rendering while out of focus but that's very annoying and I don't want to resort to memory editing (Because I do believe its illegal).

This is not mentioned in the patch notes.

This is also of no issue to PWI but to your own argument. I use the argument ""C:\[....]\Perfect World International\PWI_en\element\elementclient.exe" startbypatcher console:1" since months already even before New Horizon and it still works flawlessly. So try this argument (the "-locations may vary but you can find a post by Sylenthunder or someone else giving all 3 possibilities depending on your OS in General Discussion threads regarding Arc)
