Arc Why are we going thru the trouble of Arc

I sat here looking at a way to set up a simple poll , and i can't find it.Plan B
Perfect World Entertainment is forcing all its game players to use Arc. Why the Arc system has caused more problems than you can shake a stick at!!! Most of the players I have talked with are not in the least bit happy with Arc.

So i ask a very simple question of the players of this game.

Should Perfect World Entertainment keep Arc ?

YES or NO

    never had even 1 problem with ARC yet o,o and its installed both on my laptop and desktop
