Arc doesn't download PWi, or any other game ...

After more than 1 year im trying to get back to PWi, but this ARC thing is totaly bugged! it doesn't load any picture in the pages and the download buttons "play for free" isn't doing anyhting... so i cant install PWi or anyhting else!
Suggestions?

    Fix your AntiVurs/Malware software and/or firewall.

    theres nothing wrong with my firewall, but i turned it off in case, same results...
    also, all over the web, theres a lot of people saying this ARC doesn't work right.

    Firewall is only secondary.

    The most common issue is your Antivirus software and false-positives. Just turning it off isn't going to help. You've got to repair the damage that was done.

    If you really want assistance, you're going to need to provide more information.


    As for the claims that Arc doesn't work right, the majority of the claims are people who have other underlying issues. Most commonly, their Antivirus software eating the files. Every one that's come to me with information, I've been able to get set straight and running.

    Arc works just fine.
