Arc is giving me problems with PWI

First my computer is run by Windows XP
So today I was PWI and I got off to go work but when I returned home and ran PWI straight from my desktop using the Launcher. Then it said I had to install Arc so I did. After that I ran arc and it told me to reinstall PWI when I already had it installed so when that didn't work I uninstalled everything PWI. Then I went to arc to try and install PWI and it said I didn't have enough space to install? But I was running the same exact program (PWI) ealier that day with no problems? Help Please I can has to get my full S3.
