Support ticket fail

So i placed a ticket in the support for an issue where i created a new character on a different server but when i go to redeem a blessing code or any of the other codes that have been supplied on the new Arc platform. my newly created toon does not show up in the drop down list for server or character. This was the response the crappy support people gave me, basically telling me, tough there is nothing we can do about it. If this is the type of support we get with Arc, PWI is in serious trouble. Here is the transcript of what was said and what was replied to me. I mean if you cant provide the support that is needed dont force people to use the software that is obviously ****.
