New DQ System implemented?

I would like to draw sparkie's attention to the fact that DQ System is down, new one is not implemented, and there is no information forthcoming from the PWI/E/team about it. It has been over five months since the change was announced.

No Update on the NEW DQ system has been provided.

Old DQ points have stopped working, and the new system is not in place.

Arc integration has been launched.

Some of us botters have full inventories on multiple alts now b:chuckle, we would like to npc them and get on with more botting.

Other people would just like to know things.

It would be really helpful if you could keep the players in the loop if you do have any "concrete" information. Even if you do not have any information, just a small "soon" would keep the forum trolls happy.

Noone cares, PWE forces players to spend money on this game, thats the purpose of games to generate money for owners not to give free stuff for stupid players, PWI have no devs...no employements...why? well thats the real question...

High level DQ drops still provide a decent amount of coin if farmed vigorously bot-style, so you would be able to afford most of the things in the game like that, you'll have pocket money.

I can see how some things on that page are greatly missed *cougheventcardcough* but most of everything else is obtainable by other means.
Not saying they shouldn't come up with something new, though. By all means, it would be something to look forward to.

Let me be the annoying voice of reason (mind you, I loved the old dq system and used it like mad) : we got the dq reward system years ago because the coin value of dq items were reduced greatly in all PW versions as a result of the Chinese version being plagued with illegal bots; PWI community argued, with good reason, that we had no bot problems in our version and we were punished for China's shortcomings, so they came up with the dq rewards.
Flash forward to 2013- PWI got a brand spanking legal bot system available to all, so everyone can farm while absent till their keyboards moan. Since bots are everywhere now, PWI and PWCN, there should be no reason for the existence of DQ rewards, since it has lost its original purpose.
Does it suck? You bet, I was addicted to free pigments, cube stuff and event gold.
Will it come back? Maybe.
Should the community throw a tantrum, considering the original purpose it null? No, but the community goes bananas over the smallest thing, so with something this big it will surely go nuts.

Why would they hold onto DQ items when its unlikely that the new reward system is going to continue using DQ?

We won`t get it, only new cs related ****, luckily I still have nearly 3k E- gold but it won`t last 4ever, what would really suck, if they removed event boutique while they are at it, to sell more charms and orbs in the cs, all in all I do believe will will only see cs promos like it has happened where you buy some garbage and get sage/demon event cards as a bonus!

dq rewards should not ome back, and they most likely won't, they want us to swipe a credit card and pay for stuff, why would they give us free stuff!

I don't see the reason these threads go up, the OP having being here for sometime knows that there won't be a replacement system, pwi says they are working on it but which member of the playerbase actually believes that?

No offence against u OP but this thread should be closed just for the title alone because quite frankly it is something with no relevance with the game whatsoever anymore. All my botter brethrens may see my statement as just negativity but aren't u tired of empty and broken promises?

As for PWI, they don't make things easy even for cash players who have to spend 5000$ to make R9R3 and still have to overrun FWS which is very difficult to make squad to, because servers are almost empty (or just full of alts/shops), because most people in their sane minds wont play this ****.

I think, if you're PAYING why force you to go do any effort?
IF you're paying is exactly to bypass the effort.

Instead of a new DQ system they could just make Badges/Molds tradable and everyone would be happy (Paying and free users)

We WERE told that there would be a new system put into place but as with many things PWI says it has probably been either put on the wayside or something happened. Either way for the time being all we can do is sit tight.

I doubt that, it would end 2 sticky threads though, if they simply state, NEW DQ system will be implemented in the future, current DQ system is removed, please wait a year or two for the final details.

I am not saying if the new system is dq item based or based on something else. I just want to know who thought of removing a system and not putting in something to replace it. Sure botters abused it after botting came out, but they didn't remove it, when people got mogs from it. Two friends of mine went full r9 without having to buy mog. This was before i joined and took interest in such things. Just because people started abusing it, and the dq page couldn't handle the requests, doesn't mean you leave everyone high and dry with no information.

Quite a few adv cube runners used to use the do all cards to do their runs. Now they have to pay, couple that with greedy players too lazy to run cube, cogs sell 2.7~3m easy on sanctuary.

If someone with a ear to the powers to be, could give some info on this "NEW system", we/I (my alts and I) would appreciate it b:cute.

In all seriousness, I don't expect any information to be released about the new system, and it will be plagued with issues and glitches. Like how people exploited jones blessing to send themselves items like love b:dirty.

they could at at least half decent gm's and place old dq price while they "work on implement the new dq shop" that way noone would complain i bet.... but again gm's/mod's/dev's and whoever else works in PWI, they must got word to kill the game without the amazing lawsuits from all the charging ppl. so they killing game softly... or at least change the damm discription in google from free to play to "charge all you can so you can play"

... if the intent is that botting does NOT allow for DQ point farming, then I stick with my original suggestion for the DQ system change: Grant DQ points by doing the bloody Dragon Quests to begin with. Nobody ever does them anymore because they are lengthy and the rewards are not worth it, but if you'd apply a healthy dose of Dragon Points as a quest reward for the DQ's, that'd get people interested in doing them again I wager. It gives people a choice: Sell the DQ items for cash, or pawn them off for DQ points. But no free doubledips for botters.

the quests require having DQs though, so youll end up with botters having the dqs for the quests or selling dqs for others at higher prices, so win win for botters...

DQ items being sold at a premium was already happening (and to some extent still is, for the very low ones that you can use for free bank upgrades). Farming the DQ items for doing the quests isn't too difficult in my experience, even for non-reborns.

Point is that the botters would still need to expend the time and attention to do the DQ quest steps to get the DQ points. It's no longer a "let's spend half a day on autoculti, sell, and rake in 100 eventgold" deal that way. I doubt you can automate the dragonquest line easily since it's somewhat randomised in where you need to go and what you need to do.

Requiring player attention/playtime for the DQ reward points would be a very good step imho.

i just hope they will make new system for dq reward. charm now in RT is around 10-12 mills. going TW for 3 hours kinda expensive now and the reward for owning land is not that much to cover all the charm for each player who enter TW. I still have some event gold. but i know some of my friends have to struggle with charm every week. cause right now, my faction have atleast 1 and half hour to 3 hours tw weekly.

stop trying to fix thing that works fine. I say put it back to the way it was from the start of game. and all so put WS , SOT and ABD back to the way it was also my lvl 90 alt can do his quest for op mob. and boss
