Not seeing new toons in ARC

Is anyone else having a problem with or a fix for not seeing any new toons made under the redem codes select charater screen?

Give them a time, I had toons added to Arc in about 3 days.

some have problems with new toons which start with / or \ or _
mostly dont seem not to show up

I sent in a ticket and they said they are working on mine. that was a few days ago and nothing has happened since. still cannot redeem. I have no funny characters in my ids.

Thankx all guess im not the only one. Will just hae to wait to see if pwi can fix, probly low on there long list of things to fix thob:chuckle

Agreed, and even before your informative post, it's a know issue that's been discussed many times over. Send in a ticket. You might even try PM'ing sparkiesoft.

my answer from my ticket said they know some people cannot redeem codes and when the devs can get a fix to it, they will apply it during a patch to the game. So we will NEVER be able to redeem codes. already quitting the game.
