Blacklist resets itself

So I put a person on blacklist, and then later on decided to unblacklist them. But they keep popping back up on my blacklist repeatedly.

They seem to come back to blacklist during maintenance. I think I read before that blacklists are kept on the server side? So somehow the server list is resetting to its last value and not taking the current list into account.

    I've had the same issue but it would reset every day I logged in. Eventually I tried to remove from BL - hit apply - change to some other tab (System UI or Game) and then hit confirm. No clue if that resolved it but after that the person would stay off of blacklist.

    Same for me, people I take off keep going back on.

    Delete person from BL, hit apply -> Confirm
    Go back to character selection
    go back to login screen

    Some server-side information are only saved during logoff, if you receive a disconnect or close the game with 'Force' option, those infos aren't saved, like, for example shortcut icons/skills.

    it also tends to happen when you share accounts (as of the last horizon expansion). :P

    whoever your lending your account to, has to manually take them off b:shutup when both sides
