ARC, PWI Problem to play

Hi, well I see that everyone has problems regarding ARC. I have the game installed, I used to use the arc as well, but now with the new update, asks me to download the game again, and prior to this, only I did was look for the launcher or elementclient from the library of the ARC and simply ran the game, not anymore, is there any way to start the game without having to download it again, keep in mind that not all countries in time or speed is very good, quite apart from the tedious wait to play b:cry

    and again there are like several billion threads about this and you create a new one lol...oh the poor CM's i feel the pain for them having to clean up the siteb:chuckle
