In Dragon Quest 91 "Fu Chih", step Sweeping Tail, one of the possible quest awarders is Miss Tso at the dock north of the Mountains of Morning Dew... but the quest text, and the quest title, is "Mister Tso". The actual NPC name is Miss Tso, and is definitely female.
