random antiviruses and specially good ones will not be compatible with arc, u might have to uninstall them, i can run game now - but not arc due to install eroor

    You don't need to un-install the AV software, you just need to exclude the Client and Arc directories/executables from the AV scans. I've been saying that since early '09, and I posted it several times in various threads yesterday.
