    I'd give it a time for the character to be recognized. I could redeem this code on lv 36 characters and even on a Lv 1 character btw.

    But these accounts are probably older than Arc himself.

    when i want to redeem any of the codes it says that i don't have any characters made, but i have one. can someone help?

    Don't count your chickens all you lucky ppl that aren't having problems!!

    I was actually logged in playing PW when my computer crashed. When i tried to re-log I got all the problems everyone else is getting!!

    Suddenly im being told to re-install by ARC when its been using my old files these last weeks since ARC was thrust on us.

    Theres no way in hell I'm reinstalling - its their damn problem and they should sort it out b:angry

    I was doing fine without ARC... Now since last launcher update i'm forced to install ARC, then ARC don't see my already installed Client... So can't play cuase now i have to wait on a several gb download then for it to install... Anything else yall wanna cram up this black hole while i'm bent over... ?

    Hey there,

    I might come off sounding harsh... but seriously, I don't get paid to come up with solutions and in only one hour I already found a temporary fix for this startup problem, how long have the pwi tech people been "working" on it?

    Anyway, here's a link to my temporary fix until the "technicians" fix the bug. I think I deserve 100mil coin for allowing pwi users to carry on spending their hard earned cash on this game lol.

    I'll make sure i'll bypass Arc every time u force me to do something like that. I did it on DQs, on the last week's maintenance, and now. Just making sure you know that GMs

    ive been using my old install this entire time with no problems what-so-ever.. now this morning its telling me i have to install PWI .. WTF? why is it not Recognizing it .. when it was working just find with no issues at all this entire time .. i DL'ed ARC prior to expantion n have had no issues with it at all .. until now :/

    is there ANY way at all to fix this or to get ARC to recognize my game again w/o re-dl'ing it?b:sad

    its not the people or their intelligence, its system related or possibly how the first install took place. I had to install arc after ignoring it for as long as i could on my newer laptop, 1 year old pw original install, no issues, I installed on my gaming rig pc thats had it loaded for several years and it did a re-install thru arc. was a pain and obviously glitchy but its not the end users inability to simply install something
