Can't move in NW

So, I tried everything I could think of, but it keeps being like that 3rd week now and I'm losing patience. When I enter NW, I can't move on map, because window which asks you if u want to move to land u selected doesn't appear. And yes, my mouse works perfectly fine, everything else in game works, I can view chat even when I have NW map selected.
I tried replacing some file (has been posted in this forum before and it apparently worked for someone who had same problem), tried rebooting client, rebooting PC, I even verified files thru launcher, nothing works.
When I verified files on Friday, it fixed the problem, but only for that NW. Today I tried the same and doesn't work anymore.
Does anyone have same problem? Coz ye, this is getting really annoying.
