Arc Not letting me download PWI

Alrighty here nowi never had this problem before with the old arc but now ever since this new arc came out i cant download any games at all from this program. everytime i click the play for free button nothing happens at all. Ive tried and tried again even turned off my fire wall + my anti virus. i even put arc on the admin list to see if it will work and yet nothing comes up yet again.

Now i think its silly that u guys put all ur downloads through arc yet when this type of issue occurs there is no alternative to download elsewhere.

Now anyway if anyone can kindly help me with this issue i would greatly appreciate it.

P.S yes i even turned off my cookie protecter aswell and that didnt even work.

Most likely the issue is your AV software. Until I have more information though, it's going to be really hard to help you.
